Was very pleased with pacific Denture in Nanaimo. I found them very accommodating and worked fast to help me with my time awkward timing. Thank you to my denturist Allen for all the help
Beware of questionable billing practices. My account was paid in full after the first treatment plan was approved. A year later another statement was issued adding another amount that was never discussed or even mentioned in a year of appointments. The dentures were recieved and paid for in the original amount. I have messaged several times for documentation of this and the date it was added with no answer. I definately would not recommend this office.
Receptionist seemed overworked and unhappy.
Love this place! Had an emergency & they were able to take me no problem! Liam was the dentist taking care of me & I feel like he went above & beyond!! I appreciate this place so much. Thank you guys for doing all that you do. 🤗
After 10 months of not being able to chew my food I was accepted in the Canada Dental Plan. Thank you Dr Allan Boos and Liam and the rest of the team for your friendly and professional attitude. My dentures are a perfect fit
