Dentist and asst were both real friendly. New dentist introduced herself and showed real concern for my issues.
Rude. Disrespectful. I had for the second time the rudest reception??. I was totally ignored by both kim And the old one parked at the front desk. This was the 3 rd time I tried to get teeth cleaned..1st was schedule mistake, without an apology, not my fault. , 2nd and final was just plain despicable rudeness. I walk in, totally ignored. Not one word or acknowledgement. Not for 1 minute, try 3 to 5 minutes waiting without a hello, boo, I'll be with you.. I have 20 years dental background.
