The hallmark of a great bike store is customer service, and Pacific Bicycle delivers. They were very helpful in explaining my options and why some would be better than others and patiently helped me test ride various bikes. Landed on a Parlee Ouray, which I had never heard of, but absolutely love. They also helped resolve a technology glitch Garmin had with their latest pedals. Highly recommend Pacific.
