Great bike/tri shop. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They became my go to place for bike, nutrition and tri/cycling gear needs. They worked tirelessly with me to solve my fitting issues. Really make it easy for you,
Needed to replace flat tires for a hand truck. Tire store couldn’t accommodate. Bike shop not only took the job but found tires that won’t go flat. Great service.
Knowledgeable sales staff and mechanics. The only place around that I’d trust to work on my bike for anything beyond a basic tune-up. Great bike fitting service too. My fitting was very thorough and well worth the cost.
Really great experience with Sebastian servicing my Pinarello - good work and the price was reasonable. Much friendlier attitude here than in Greenwich bike shops I have experienced. Highly recommend!
I am not a competitive racer. I’m just a guy who loves to lose myself on 30 and 40-mile rides. Julie and her team have done more than provide me with the highest quality service, parts and gear (latest purchase— a Giro Aries Spherical helmet). They’ve helped me become a better cyclist. I’ve been going to Pacific for eight years. I wouldn’t take my current bike (2022 Cervelo Caledonia 105) anyplace else.
