Manager should be replaced. Very unprofessional. They don't seem to know what they are doing here at this warehouse.
Got here 2 hours before my appointment and was told load isn't ready and to call back. I call back at my appointment time and they give me a door and i dock up and sit there for 1 hour with nothing being done, where as the trucks that came after me docked right away and got red lights right away. Very unprofessional of them to not go in appointment and arrival order. Dont think i will be coming back again. Security guard was very nice, though, about the only good thing about them. SMH
