I happened upon Mike Mullenberg 8 years ago, when my wife and I were newbie sailors looking for our first boat, and I had answered an ad for a 36 foot Catalina that he was representing. i have bought many boats through the years, but this was my first sailboat. pacific cruising yachts was a pleasure to work with - super friendly and helpful. mike was honest, informative, and upfront through the whole process. he was very accommodating with the survey, finance and insurance leads, and i was super lucky to find moorage - only because of mike's help. pacific cruising yachts have still has been very helpful to this day - a year and a half later - in my book that is testament of being one of the good ones!!

If you're interested in buying or selling a boat I wouldn't even consider using Mike. If you're interested in Mike sitting on your boat and not showing it to cash buyers because he gets offended if you've ever looked at a boat from a different broker, he's your guy. Mike barely even managed to ask the size and price range we were looking for before starting on a rant about demanding loyalty from his buyers and how he won't work with someone who has talked with other brokers before.
