Helped me out with bow great guy
How this shop has a 4.7 star rating is a mystery to me. I’ve been to a lot of shops over the years and this one is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. Ray seems like a nice guy but his employees are seriously the worst. They make you feel like they don't care about your business and like you are the biggest burden. Grumble and complain if you ask them to contact a dealer for replacement parts and are not helpful. If you are in the Salem area do yourself a favor and drive the hour trip to The Bow Rack in Springfield.
