We have lived here around 2 years and here is my Honest review of the link: I will start with the bad. There is an onsite gym that is incredibly underwhelming, unfortunately I am sure there is a fee included in the overpriced (as standard in BC) rent, and if you regularily work out you will still probably be paying for your gym membership elsewhere. We lived on the top floor whilst we searched for the perfect house to buy. In the year we were there, we had a great experience. Everything runs super-smoothly, with Ben and Mike working hard for the residents. Pharmasave has a location in the parking lot and is a wonderful asset, with truly knowledgeable and helpful staff. Ben LeBlanc is by far the best property manager I’ve ever had. He’s friendly, professional and it was an absolute pleasure to rent from Link on the Lake!

Moving to Link from Tidalwood in Ladysmith this month has been such a dream. Everything we loved about Tidalwood is featured in the Link building, but things have been elevated, so it feels very familiar to us. The building manager Ben is a great choice for management here. He's very personable and easy to get along with. You can tell he loves his job and he does it well.
