As an employee who was there for 11 years, I can say it was a stable place to work with a low turn over of employees. They make aerospace parts that are too complex for most others. I developed some good manufacturing skills there I carry with me to this day.
This company SUCKS!! – There is more petty B.S. and drama than in middle school. There are many people who have been moved into positions because they have been there awhile. They are in NO WAY qualified to perform their duties. The owner, Michael, hires several outside consultants to help do the jobs of the incompetent management. There are a number of redundant positions as well. Do yourself a favor and don’t work or do business there.
