I had a pretty lazy estimator come out . He seemed like he was in a rush to get out of there and told me that he would not provide quotes for some of the materials and that I would need to do it myself. It was bizarre because that was the whole purpose of the appointment. When I asked if he is just quoting me for labor he said no he quotes by the job which is mutually exclusive you either quote by the job or you quote by time and materials. Jose and team installed a French drainage system for me. They did a great job on the project including the assessment phase and what to expect. Very pleased with the work, the price, and the professionalism. Highly recommend.

Jose came by my home in Daly City where I had experienced some mold issues and immediately saw what were the issues. He removed the stucco from the entire back of my house and once exposed it was obvious that there was a lot of wood rot. He re-evaluated the original estimate and was very fair about the additional cost and pointed out to me all the places that were issues. Upon learning that we needed foundation repairs on our house, Pacific Construction was one of the companies that we contacted. Jose answered my call and came over the next day to assess our foundation. He was able to identify the issues and give us a bid proposal quickly. We were quoted a good price compared to another quote that we received from a different company, so we decided to move ahead with Pacific Construction.
