Move in was delayed for 8 months. Once I moved in issue after issue. Kitchen cabinets were damaged; 4 months to replace and repair. Both shower and tub were not fully caulked; shower leaked onto bathroom floor. Paid to have fixed. Also, shower was clogged totally shut when I used it for the first time.
