Friendly, efficient, and very pleasant to work with. Got a quote, set up an appointment and the air conditioner was installed very quickly. The entire process was effortless and everything was clearly communicated so that there was no confusion along the way.
John is thoughtful and competent. He incorporated our concerns and location desires into our overall plan. There was plenty if discussion of our desires for what the system would do for us so our equipment was sized and located to get the desired effects. I appreciate that John responds quickly to emails and texts related to the job even for the after install follow up questions. Once the plan is settled just STAND BACK because John and his assistant James have a flow and better to just let them get to it!
John is an amazing person to work with. He recently serviced one of our locations in Hawaii. He is very affordable, gets the job done quickly and keeps you informed of what is going on during the process. I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC service needs.
