Had flooring delivered, they were a man down, and still went out of their way to do an extra delivery to make sure I had my flooring ready for my contractor on time!

Employee was rude and disrespectful
Been using PCW Nanaimo weekly, sometimes 3-4 times per week even, for over a year now. Has been great service from all the guys and no problem recommending them going forward.
Everybody has rough spots - these guys included. BUT, they don't duck, and they try to fix it, Neil is responsive and works with us to get us our freight. We've been using these guys for years and over the long run, they deliver the goods. Don't give up on them!
