I scheduled a crossdock for 12 skids at 7 AM on Monday morning. I showed up at 5:40 AM to check in, and they told me to come back at 7 AM. Fine. When I came back at 7 AM, they started acting like they couldn’t do the crossdock because they “didn’t have time.” On top of that, the forklift driver was beyond rude. My whole morning was completely ruined because of their incompetence. Don’t waste your time here—find somewhere else for crossdock.
