Previously worked here for 9+ years Unless you have a thick skin don't apply Damaging and toxic The staff don't care and management has gotten worse over the years Any positive reviews are untrue The review from Mustafa A is true I was standing next to Steve The review from R Raey is also true I was next to Craig when it happened and that's always the way he is to customers and staff I loved the job I loved helping the customers especially the ones on the Island I just couldnt take it anymore so toxic

I had a truly frustrating experience with their customer service. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping. When I asked for assistance, the response was slow and dismissive, as if they couldn't care less. It was almost like they were doing me a favor by talking to me at all. Overall, a disappointing and lackluster experience that left me questioning whether they care about their customers at all.
