I had a truly frustrating experience with their customer service. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping. When I asked for assistance, the response was slow and dismissive, as if they couldn't care less. It was almost like they were doing me a favor by talking to me at all. Overall, a disappointing and lackluster experience that left me questioning whether they care about their customers at all.

Worst customer service. First of, this company warehouse are accepting stock or materials to any different type of company that don't have their own warehouse. I purchased 16 vinyl's plank carton directly to Europlex International Importing Ltd. in Langley. But we have to pick up at Pacific Coast Warehouse Ltd. which is not connected in Langley. Probably they just pay for keeping their supply. When we got there, the forklift guy wants to load one whole pallet inside my van which I insisted not to. I requested to load one car... read more
