BUYER BEWARE - PLEASE READ: I received multiple documentation (emails & invoices) stating the total cost for the hot tub was $10,995. LITERALLY 1 hour before delivery AND after they had already cashed my 50% deposit check they told me I owed an extra $1,000 on top of the remaining balance for "taxes" that were never factored in.
