I flooded my laundry room and most of my house. They were able to come out right away and get it all cleaned up. Caleb was fast, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend Pacific Coast Rugs. They are life savers!

I needed the carpet cleaned after a leak during a rain storm stained the carpet in a vacant home. I called Pacific Coast and they were able to get me scheduled the very next business day. The technician, Sam, was pleasant, courteous. He handled the fact that the owner had turned off the power without my knowledge by heading back to his business for a portable generator. I have a beautiful , but old oriental rug. I had an elderly dog who became incontinent in his last year and he had many accidents on the rug. He died last month so Sam came and effortlessly moved the furniture off the rug and rolled it up and took it away. I know he took great care in cleaning it. These guys are a great company that's comprised of a bunch of family members also and they do great work and they are conscientious. Cool stuff. Cool people. Cool clean carpet results. Cool times when your friends sit on your carpet and smell how clean it is. More than likely you will look forward to calling these guys back when you need them again because those guests messed up your carpet!

Ian and Sam cleaned my sofa’s and livingroom carpet and did an excellent job. The two of them were dressed nicely, were polite and very professional and represented their company well. They worked diligently and my sofa’s look So much brighter. Job well done Ian and Sam.
