I just had my bathroom remodeled a couple of weeks ago by PCR, and it's the first of hopefully many renovations by them. This was my first time hiring contractors for any sort of interior renovation, and I was extremely apprehensive to do so based off the many horror stories my friends had told me about their contractors. Pacific Coast Renovations did an amazing job remodeling our kitchen. Aaron (PM) and his whole crew went above and beyond to provide clear communication and an excellent finished product. We have worked with many contractors over the years (in other states) and this was a very smooth process. We would call PCR again in a heartbeat. AJ was very pleasant to work with, he was patient and kind helping us all the way with ideas. He offered his experienced opinions and showed us ideas as we went. He showed up to our house every day checking on the work as it progressed making sure that everything was looking good and to our liking. He never hesitated to have something re-done or fixed if we had any concerns. He continually checked in with us and kept us updated on any delays. Last year we had a dishwasher flood our kitchen so needed an entire kitchen remodel 😱. The whole team at PCR was very professional and pleasure to work with. Mario made some really awesome recommendations to upgrade this kitchen from our last one.
