Our experience with Pacific Coast Renovations was a rollercoaster that ended with a kitchen we absolutely love. When we started looking for someone to renovate our small condo kitchen, we were nervous about horror stories of delays and no-shows. PCR looked professional online, so I reached out in June 2024. Jordan came out, explained the process, and said PCR wasn’t the cheapest but handled everything in-house with a project manager. That sounded worth it. The first project manager gave us very limited choices and little gui... read more

We are extremely disappointed with our experience with Pacific Coast, more specifically Jordan. Our experience started great during the walk through and estimate. However things went south once they began talking to insurance. Jordan had several out of offices that were not previously communicated delaying progress with insurance. Jordan eventually completely ghosted us and our insurance adjuster. We had to start completely over with another contractor We also learned they are EXTREMELY expensive, or new contractor came in m... read more

We had a very positive experience with Pacific Coast Renovations! We were "gun shy" having completed a remodel of another property with a different contractor that did not go well. We were impressed with PCR's professionalism, competence, and communication regarding the status and progress of our project. They helped us transform our '90's era home into the present. We are very pleased with the finished product and are so grateful we found PCR. They got the job done, as hoped for, without drama. We felt like our needs, conce... read more

The finished bathroom and kitchen look amazing. Jim did a great job coordinating the trades and working thru details with us. Niels the electrician was a standout and did a great job tying the old and new together. Ran into a few surprises, most the type of things that happen when opening up walls in an old house…Jim helped us pivot and adjust the bathroom design to accommodate the unexpected extra plumbing lines. One shock that could have been avoided was the cabinet pricing. I really wish i had insisted on a cabinet design... read more

I gotta tell you: I love these guys. Our house is vintage 1892 construction. We needed structural work done, interior perimeter drains ("French Drains") installed, staircases reconfigured in one case and entirely moved in another, two bathrooms installed, a third bathroom roughed-in, a deck installed, and a laundry room installed. And the prompt from us was that, at the end of the project, it all still had to look and feel like the house we loved. I'm thrilled to say that it went beautifully. It was done largely within budge... read more
