The finished bathroom and kitchen look amazing. Jim did a great job coordinating the trades and working thru details with us. Niels the electrician was a standout and did a great job tying the old and new together. Ran into a few surprises, most the type of things that happen when opening up walls in an old house…Jim helped us pivot and adjust the bathroom design to accommodate the unexpected extra plumbing lines. I gotta tell you: I love these guys. Our house is vintage 1892 construction. We needed structural work done, interior perimeter drains ("French Drains") installed, staircases reconfigured in one case and entirely moved in another, two bathrooms installed, a third bathroom roughed-in, a deck installed, and a laundry room installed. I’m very happy with the results of our remodel. The kitchen ceiling was raised about a foot, removing the old fluorescent lights and replacing them with sleek recessed lighting.
