TL;DR: They canceled the day-of because I asked basic pricing/scope questions. I scheduled Pacific Coast Plumbing to install a new toilet. The day before, I asked the scheduler a simple question about how big a job it would be to reset wax rings on other toilets in the unit. I was told that would need to be a separate job, but that the plumber replacing my toilet could take a look and talk to me about it, and I could schedule another appointment later if I wanted. Pacific Coast Plumbing Co. is an amazing company. I had them out to service my gas line for my fireplace. They were able to come out at a convenient time, and able to fix the issue right away. Their technicians were very considerate and knowledgeable. And very polite. Pricing for work was fair for the work at hand. The techs didn't try and sell me on work that wasn't needed, very honest guys, which can sometimes be hard to come across with service companies.
