Dr. Chen removed my daughter’s wisdom teeth and it was a very positive experience. We felt taken care of every step of the way—from the consultation to the surgery and then the aftercare. Dr. Chen called us the evening after surgery to check in and then again the next day. The receptionists were great and the office waiting area is very calming. Highly recommend this practice!
We came to Pacific Coast Oral office after my daughter’s wisdom tooth extraction did not go very well from a different dentist office. As soon as we arrived, Dr. Chau put us at ease and she gave us a very detailed assessment of what had to happen next. My daughter had to have another procedure done and the way Dr. Chau and her team went about it was highly professional and very empathetic.
