I’ve been coming to Pacific Coastal Massage for several months now to see Polina. She has a calm, grounding presence and brings thoughtful attention to each session, always attuned to what my body needs that day. Her touch is intuitive and effective, with just the right amount of pressure - she checks in when needed but never disrupts the flow. Polina also creates a space that feels safe and unhurried. I always leave feeling more relaxed, more aligned, and genuinely cared for.
Went for 1 hour of RMT. Very dilligent and thorough practitioner. Very kind man. Conveniently located close to Canada line and Expo line.
They were able to fit me in last minute for a walk in shoulder and back massage which I desperately needed as between long haul flights... They were closing up but very flexibly have me a 30 mins massage which was wonderful. Thanks so much!
I wish I found Christopher sooner! Often times when I see RMTs to address a specific problem, I find that they dust over my pain points for two minutes and move on to other irrelevant areas. Not in this case - Chris patiently & meticulously worked through the area that was causing me the most trouble. He knows what he's doing - and he's a great conversationalist! I instantly feel better after the treatment :) I also found the practice itself to be warm, clean, comfortable, and unique!
