Jesse of Pacific Coast Lock and Safe was an enormous help when our key got stuck in the door knob of our front door. Not only did he solve the problem quickly, but he went above and beyond by providing us new keys to our door at no charge. Jesse did a fantastic job by replacing our Schlage degital locks with standard dead bolts. He was efficient and all work was done in a professional manner. I would highly recommend him and explains everything he was doing. Very nice person also.
