Jesse responded quickly to correct issues we had after a different contractor installed new doorknobs and locks at our house. Jesse took the time to understand what we wanted and worked quickly to resolve and improve things. He recommended an electronic lock that was vastly superior to the one the other provider had put in, installed it on the spot, and was very patient and thorough in showing us how to use it. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. I can’t imagine having a better experience.
I’m from out of state, but just bought a house in Depoe Bay. I was only in town for 5 days to oversee house upgrades and Jesse had no problem coming out to change my locks within two days of calling. He arrived on time and was done quickly. Friendly, efficient, and professional. Thank you for making one of the to-do list items so easy!
