I Pre-ordered the TLR 22 3.0 Spec Racer on A main. They didn't have any availability on when it would finally be in Stock and Theo contacted me letting me know that they had some and ready to ship. Needless to say, I called Amain. Cancelled the order and Called Pacific Coast Hobbies and placed my order. Now I will have my Buggy faster and in time fore my next event. Thank you guys very much!

I have purchased 7 cars from them for me and my son. I have spent thousands of dollars there and they don't care. Customer service sucks. Very rude and if you don't want to spend 400.00 on a car your not worth their time. I spoke the the "manager" and he said basically we don't have anything you want so we can't help you we are out of stock soooooo. I drove all the way from Sherman Oaks to this Hobby Shop because they were literally the only Hobby Shop to have what i wanted in stock. Isaiah was the sale person who greeted me when I arrived and he was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions professionally and even though the store was fairly busy, he stayed focused on me. All though this is a really long drive from my house, I will be visiting this shop again.
I would like to take a second to give a BIG ShoutOut to Mike "Monday" Luther for fixing my RC Car and adding his special touches to it for more speed and control. Excellent customer service. #PacificCoastHobbies #FANAYOH #FailureIsNOTanOption
