Anthony and his team are reliable and professional. They have helped me numerous times when my tankless heater was malfunctioning and when I needed regular maintenance of my gas fired equipment. They show up on time and are very reasonable with their pricing. I’ve never felt that I’m being overcharged.

Do not use this company. They came out and gave us improper information. When we emailed about our disappointment, they replied with deflection. We specifically called out a company to inspect our hot water tank to see if it needs to be replaced soon. We were told by the technician that it cannot be inspected. He specifically told us that once a hot water tank is installed, it cannot be inspected. Instead he inspected our radiant heater but we wanted the hot water tank inspected not the radiant heater. The gas burners on our 9+ year old furnace stopped igniting on the 31st March 2025. Ryan made the service call and quickly determined that the inducer motor had failed, which he was able to replace under the American Furnace warranty. A few days later the same problem occurred again, with Ryan determining that the inducer motor had filled with moisture due to a crack in the heat exchanger.
