My experience with Vivid and Dr. Dave has been exceptional! Dr. Dave explained everything when we first ordered. Although, I only heard half of what he said . Now when I picked up the the aids, Dr. Dave explained everything Vividly, and I heard every word with my new aids which I and my girl love.
Forest is friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend him. My hearing aids have vastly improved my life!
