Vivid Hearing is the place you want to go if you want to HEAR the world around you. No matter your circumstance, Forest the owner will find a solution for you. Any time my hearing aids have an issue, Forest always says "come on in" we'll make it work. Half the time it's "pilot error" on my part but the other times he is fast and efficient and so patient with me. My last bill was $25. Seriously. He's the best!
I’ve been very pleased with this facility. Over the past three years they have been responsive to my needs and have always provided solutions to any issues or concerns I have had regarding my hearing aids. We are fortunate to have this service available in our community.
