Very easy people to deal with, and make the training enjoyable, but take the content and training very seriously. I cannot recommend the team at Pacific Coast First Aid highly enough! They were incredibly professional and efficient in every aspect. I made an error during the booking process by accidentally typing the wrong email address, but Sonia rectified it super easily and quickly, which meant our team member could start the required online component immediately.
