I ordered a pillow on the 1st and received acknowledgement from the company. I waited and waited and waited. I finally emailed asking when i could expect it to be sent out. No response. I called and got an answering machine telling me to leave name, number and detailed msg. and they would get back to me. I did. Still waited, waited, waited an nothing. Jack's has a great fastfood burgers. I live in Montana so every I really don't get them as often as I like so I try to get a few for the trip back home
