Excellent service and excellent selection! Chuck is a highly reputable man that I have known since 1982. His knowledge of cycling is well known by others in the business and we are lucky to have him in our area.
Their customer service sucks. Have been trying to find a part for a bicycle that is less than a year old and have had no luck. Tried several times calling customer service only to be put on hold for 30 minutes or better. Sent an email and received no response, which I suspected would happen. I must say I will never purchase another one of Pacific Cycle products.
