The team who designs the cabinets are excellent. They are easy to communicate with and have helpful tips on how to personalize your perfect unit. However, the factory and their communication on when the unit will be delivered is an entirely different story. It's taken them 1 whole month to make my custom office unit and I still don't have a specific date of when it will done or installed.
