We purchased a home from Pacific Coast approximately 1.5 years ago. The circumstances of our move were incredibly stressful between moving across the country (from Florida), to having a completely incompetent mortgage broker and mediocre real estate agent. Our closing kept getting delayed due to these issues and Renee and Jeff were more than gracious in working with us.
