I have used Pacific Catering at least once or twice, both times the food was only adequate. Bread was slightly stale for the sandwiches, they should have got cut into small tea sandwiches, but were huge cuts in half only. My events are for lunch and learn for my customers, so they need their sandwiches small to walk around with. One time we had wine, but the wine server was a clueless young guy, that would just stand behind a table.
