Recently purchased a Garmin product from them. It went bad. I was told to return it to Pacific and they would send to Garmin for warranty repair. After they got it back from Garmin, they sent me a bill for ALL the shipping this item went through. I'd rate this poor customer service for a warranty repair.

I had a major panel upgrade to bring my airplane into the new mellinium. Everything went on schedule and cost. That should be a given so the payoff is in the support. When the almost inevitable electrical gremlins snuck in they got me back in and worked it out. That kind of service is what brings customers back.
I am building a Kitfox and wished to install a FreeFlight ADSB-OUT in my aircraft. PCA did a FANTASTIC job in creating a wiring harness for my installation connecting my transponder, the two FreeFlight components and a new altitude encoder that I also purchased from them. They were extremely fast, communicative, and highly professional. These folks ARE THE BAR that all others aim to reach! I highly recommend them.
