Thanks to Pacific Coast Audiology for a scheduling accommodation along with a positive experience at appointment time. Dr. Kennard conducted audio examinations with expert clarity and identified my hearing issue. With his help I am better equipped to get it resolved.
My 1st experience with Pacific Coast Audiology. I walked in to get a replacement for the broken part of my hearing aid. I was seen right away. They cleaned and checked my both my hearing aids. One of the receivers was not functioning. The receiver was replaced. I walked hearing much better than when I arrived. I will be changing to Pacific Coast Audiology.
Pacific Coast audiology provides excellent customer service. From testing to hearing aids. I have been with them for over 4 years and they have always provided me with everything I needed From cleaning my hearing aid to prompt service when it needed to be sent in for repair
A professional and thorough exam - I asked a lot of questions and Dr. Kennard patiently answered every one. I did not feel hurried, and I left feeling that my hearing needs are in competent hands.
