I have been seeing Sarah for approximately four years, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. After seeing six counsellors and two psychologists previously, my GP referred me to Sarah, and it has been one of the best referrals I could have received. 1 star – Do not recommend I saw Sarah for chronic pain management and related PTSD/mental health support. In sessions, she verbally acknowledged that the healthcare system had failed me, that her hands were tied in certain decisions, that 95% of patients she referred to the Acute Care Team did not benefit from it, and that she would tell the truth from now on. Sarah is a fantastic psychologist that offers a safe, inviting and supportive environment that encourages growth and breakthroughs in your journey. I was a patient of Sarahs for many years while working through a range of mental health obstacles and past trauma.
