The worst customer service I heard about, I called them on the phone & the guy who answered the phone is trying to cheat me, & I asked him about the price he told me for the first time it would be 70$ & the regular price is 90 $, I told him why it's on the website 60 $ for the first time & 80 $ the regular price. So, I am going to leave a rather detailed review in hopes that Nancy will see it and learn as well as to help other women know what to expect. When she led me to the room, she promptly darted outside leaving me with no instruction, she didn't ask what my goals for the session were, or tell me which way she wanted me laying, leaving me confused and already feeling like she didn't care about my experience here. Best massage that I have gotten in my past 10+ years of getting massages for pain relief. Very clean and the staff are extremely professional and accommodating. Scheduled my next appt as soon as my first one ended!
Great deep tissue massage. I would prefer longer deeper kneading strokes instead of shorter choppy technique.
