Today I went to the clinic for the first time. I struggle with being examined and I’ve never had a pleasant experience when it comes to health care systems and my sexual health. Lucy took great care of me today and she was brilliant. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and made space for me in a very busy clinic. Very grateful ☺️
Staff here were excellent - knowledgeable, thorough and sensitive. Great LGBT+ awareness.
The level of care shown from staff here is exceptional.
