Made an appointment on August 19th for September 30th. Appointment was at 10:00 a.m.. I showed up at 9:50 a.m.. the receptionist was friendly. I waited in the waiting room along with five other people for over an hour. At 11:00 a.m. I was taken into the exam room by the technician and given all the standard vision tests and what not. She was not the friendliest. She seemed annoyed to be there but whatever. She told me that the wait would be a while because there were several other patients before me. Hello, generally my experience was satisfactory, however the doctor who conducted my exam didn’t take a lot of time with me. I know from a previous visit to another eye care doctor in Eugene that I have the beginning of cataract but not ready for removal. The doctor here didn’t mention it. When I got my glasses The doctor over corrected my vision. I was told to wear them a week and come back later if my eyes had not adjusted to the new prescription. The ladies at the front desk are so kind and got me in right away when i had a unexpected eye scare. The dr was very nice, knowledgeable and professional!! I couldn't ask for more. I really couldnt be happier with this office and everyone in it. I am happy to have found your office🥰 Thankyou!!!
This was a great experience for my child as well as me. As a mom it is important for my daughter to feel comfortable at the doctor. And i will tell you this place is full of kind and compassionate professional people. All the way from reception, the nurse, the doctor (i wish i could remember the ladys name) and the wonderful lady that helped pick out the glasses each person was warm and friendly.
