I went to wear a blouse that I'd had dry cleaned a while back and found that it was completely ruined and had been pinned together in places so the damages would not be obvious. I took it in to show them and the woman who came to the counter asked for my information and looked up my account on their computer. First she tried to tell me I had never brought a blouse in there before so I leaned over the counter and looked at the screen and saw three, six, eight places it said "blouse." Great service! The lady there is so nice and welcomes me with a smile every time i go. my clothes always come back crisp and clean even though my clumsy husband dirties them. i am very satisfied.
