I definitely have already left a review for this wonderful business, but wanted to come back and leave another one now that I’ve been a customer for a few years. I've been to a lot of vets throughout the years and Pacific City is by far my favorite. They're very caring and knowledgeable. The pricing is very transparent and upfront and they will always tell you if something is suggested or should definitely be done. Super easy to get in - I've had multiple same-day appointments for non-emergency treatments. They also will tell you over the phone if you should come in or if there's something at home you can do. Cannot say enough good things about Pacific City Vet! All of the folks who work here are so sweet and you can tell love animals so much. My dog is always so happy to see everyone! Dr. Marzullo is amazing and very thorough with her assessments and patient teaching. I know my dog Griffey is in good hands here.
10/10 recommend. Ive been to plenty in the past and it doesn't compare to this place. Most place charge you with anything and everything. They dont make you feel like that. Great staff who treat you and your pets with respect and so much love. Very caring and overall The Best of the Best. Highly recommend!!!!
Putting aside the great care they provide for our cats, I can safely say I don’t think I’ve EVER had as fantastic customer service, at any business, as I have at Pacific City. They always make time and are truly dedicated to pet care. Highly recommend.
