Anthony Nguyen is extremely rude and disrespectful, i suggest an attitude adjustment is required.. How this real estate is operating with such unprofessionalism is beyond me.. !!BEWARE, AVOID THIS REAL ESTATE AT ALL COSTS!!!
Worst decision to rent any property from this agent. I suggest anyone who is renting any property or selling property to do more research because the service is terrible, i made a complaint to fix an issue in 24th april 2022 but just left the unit it was still not fixed!! Terrible service!!! Also any complaint they come and try to fix by them self rather than calling handy man and says that if owner ask plz let the owner saying handyman came in to fix it and enter the unit without any notice!!!
Beware of this agency. Anthony Nguyen insisted to inspect the property we are staying in without prior communication. One point of significant worry is the property we are leasing is not even under them. And he was rude and persistent in inspecting the property breaching privacy. This is a BIG RED FLAG for future or potential clients.
Anthony Nguyen came to our unit without any prior notice or email, claiming there was an inspection scheduled. He said an email had been sent by Andrew, but we didn’t receive anything. Despite that, Anthony insisted on entering the unit with prospective buyers, saying it would only take two minutes. I said no, because it was a clear invasion of privacy.
