DO NOT USE. Dealt with Johnson Hoang regarding a rental property. I was advised via SMS that I had been approved. When I requested written confirmation, I was instead asked to pay a deposit first. Inspections were disorganised and unreliable. Times were repeatedly changed or cancelled at short notice, including occasions where I had already arrived at the property. ☆☆☆☆ Worst agency ever. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. I trusted Pacific City Real Estate and honestly regret it — poor communication, lack of accountability, and zero care for clients. Would not recommend to anyone. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.
