Dr Herdman and her office assistant, Joy, are extremely difficult to work with. I've been trying to get them to help me with a "Letter of Medical Necessity" and they've been unwilling to fill it out citing that Washington State Law forbids them to fill this form if you don't buy the vitamin supplements from their office. Dr. Herdmann will work with you to identify problems in your health in ALL aspects, and then she will help you get back on track in the most efficient and knowledged way. I was pleasantly surprised with how much Dr. Herdmann genuinely cares about my daily experience, and it is clear she is actually invested in all her patients. She is insanely clever, kind, supportive, and understanding. Her assistant, Joy, is also very helpful and goes above and beyond to get things done right away.
