I kind of liked the lighting of the waiting room, but it isn’t exactly what I wanted to go to, but it worked
Be careful of huge price increases from original quote. I was later called about my review and was offered an agreeable arrangement. My surgeon was outstanding, compassionate, efficient, skilled and explained everything as it was happening. Very reassuring. The staff were also very friendly and courteous. I would recommend this institution to have your cataract surgery.
Overall, my experience at this institute was favorable, however, my vision is not as improved as I thought it would be.
Everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, helpful, and very reassuring. Which is very important in a stressful situation.
I could not be more thrilled with the results of my cateract surgeries! My eyesight is now amazingly clear! The doctors and staff were so caring. Thank you PCL!
