The Cataract surgery did NOT fix the problem I went to PCLi for. I will try to explain what I see now, first of all my sight is Better when I close my right eye and use the left only. Looking thru my right eye resembles the heat waves that come off the asphalt on a hot summer day, the waves move from left to right and it takes roughly 8 seconds for it to complete a wave cycle.
