Very much a hit an miss if you get your key on time or what you ordered. You may get a photo of the finished product before it's sent out, if not you can guarantee you are getting a product not fully finished. Dad does a fantastic job as the carver if given the right time frame to finish. Emma let's the team down with little to no correspondence whether it be by calling, messaging or emailing.
