Pacific carpet cleaning is way more than carpet cleaning! I had horrific water damage from the broken valve under my bathroom sink. They came in and within days removed the floors and drywall that had been affected. They had to go under the home and deal with the HVAC system. “The company demonstrated unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. Communication was inconsistent, commitments were not followed through on, and expectations that were discussed were not honored. I felt that decisions were made based on assumptions rather than facts, which came across as judgmental and unfair. Overall, the company did not show the level of professionalism, accountability, or integrity I expected.”

We’d used PCCR for 10 years of carpet cleaning before our 1st water damage in a downstairs bathroom. Since we’d always received such good service, they were the obvious choice to call in an emergency. Their quick response time, help navigating the insurance quagmire & their respect for our home made me glad we chose them. Decided to edit my review. I initially gave this company 5 stars but it's been over a month since I initially filed my claim with usaa and because of pacific carpet cleaning and restoration nailing tarps and/or boards to my roof the adjuster hasn't been able to properly inspect my roof. I was initially impressed and grateful that they came out in the rain to tarp my roof but they didn't even tarp it properly and it's still leaking. There's so much I want to say idk if I'm gonna have the space. Im a 100% service connected disabled veteran and my roof was leaking during the recent atmospheric river. Gustavo and his crew drove threw/around dangerous flood waters 2 hours each way to come and tarp my roof in the rain. People talk a lot of trash about immigrants but 3 immigrants came to help this disabled veteran the same day they were called and I just want to thank them for helping make this country great.
