My experience at the Laguna Hills office was as terrible as it could be! In no way was this how a medical provider, especially in this specialty field should operate! minutes agoNEW 1) they NEVER called you for appointment schedule, Don't expect. 2) Do worry about you might NO Book today at the facility. You must double check the appointment before you drive up there. 3) For the mistake, they point a finger on you. You Never Scheduled Any Appointment. 4) Next schedule on another couple of months later? I don't give any credit on this company at all.
