From the first call the person could barely speak English after 20 mins of confirming the appt for my son I was ready to attend the next available appt thst was in 3 mths time!!! We turned up to be barely greeted with an unfriendly receptionist who rudely told us we didn't have an appt and it was a week earlier!! Now I know I got this one correct. My husband had testing done by pacific cardiology over 6 wks ago and our GP has been calling and emailing for results and we still don't have them! Disgusted that they do not answer the phone or return calls to our Doctor and do not produce results in a timely manner.
