missed the whole front of my car, employee gave confusing signals and then was very rude when speaking to me and also rolled his eyes at me a few times. the car wash left a huge scratch on the side of my car as well. 0/10 don’t recommend
My daughter came through at a weird angle and was trying to straighten herself out. The attendant kept giving opposite directions to which way she should go. She apologized and then he yelled at her. Not cool. She called me in tears on the way home. Sounds like this employee needs to work on his customer service. It was obviously an innocent misunderstanding and didn't need to be handled that way.
Really good car wash the attendance go the extra way to make sure to brush your car before you go in simple quick efficient in the staff is great highly recommend
The attendant was great. Did some extra cleaning on outside back window.
