Wish I could give 0 stars. They seemed nice at first, but the second I brought in a certified mechanic’s pre-purchase inspection pointing out serious issues — including a transmission code and multiple safety problems — everything changed. Smooth experience from start to finish with Pacific Car Center. Showed up and was able to check out and test drive a gorgeous 2012 Lexus RX 350. Ended up going through with the deal and Mike did an outstanding job with the financing process, made everything clear and assured us that we were getting the best deal possible.
