Dishonest salesmen. I scheduled a test drive for a vehicle days in advance and even called 30 minutes before arrival to confirm everything was set. After driving a long distance with a baby, expecting a smooth and quick process, we arrived only to find that they had scheduled someone else for the same test drive. They made me wait over an hour, only to later tell me they were selling the car to the other customer instead. Recently purchased a family vehicle from Mike we drove 90 miles to purchase this vehicle. Mike offered a great service, he was not pushy or trying to up sale like other salesman do at other dealerships. We had a budget and he worked with us and gave us a discount. The whole purchasing experience was great and very smooth. Mike is very respectful, honest, professional and well spoken. Amazing experience here where I found my first car after months of looking. Wish I came here first place.. I would have saved so much time! All the cars are taken care of very well, good options and good prices! The guy who assisted me, Mike, assisted me during the whole process and even after the purchase for any questions or concerns I had! Highly reccomend!!
