Pat is patient, witty, hears my concerns, then presents creative solutions! With our kids in the showroom (no screens), my husband and I debated wants, beliefs, and parented. Working with our designer, Sara, and installer, Ivan, was a great experience. Working to restore our kitchen through insurance has been less than ideal but Sara and Ivan made the challenges worth it. Sara was always quick to communicate and resolved any issues or errors in a very professional and kind manner. Ivan's craftsmanship and attention to detail are the best I have ever experienced.
