Crappy customer service Joseph tried to charge me 30% to restock the material they didn’t have in stock
Horrible customer service. I would never recommend dealing with this company. I called in to order some hardie siding, they didn’t have everything I needed in stock. I told Joseph multiple times to just give me what they had. I needed smooth panel trim, they didn’t have any in stock. I told them to cancel the trim. They still charged me for the full order. They refused to cancel it same day that I ordered it. Next day they got the trim delivered. I again told them to cancel it, now they are telling me there is a 30% restocki... read more
